Our cancelation policies are the following:

Peak Season

December 20th to January 03rd

  • 60 to 30 Days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total stay.
  • 29 Days or less days Prior to the arrival date - Full cost of the reservation.
High Season

January 04th to April 30th / July 01st to August 31st

  • 29 to 8 Days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total stay.
  • 7 Days or less days Prior to the arrival date - Full cost of the reservation.
Green Season

May 01st to June 30th / September 01st to December 19th

  • 14 to 5 Days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the total stay.
  • 4 Days or less days Prior to the arrival date - Full cost of the reservation.
