From the simply sublime to the sublimely opulent, all accommodations in four separate buildings boast spectacular ocean, jungle or garden views and the superb amenities you would expect from a world-class resort. Every room and suite — including several wheelchair-friendly options — is outfitted with cable TV, mini-bar, coffee maker, A/C and ceiling fans, safety deposit boxes, iron and board, hair dryer, and telephone. Both self-serve and concierge laundry facilities are available and room service is just a quick call away! Our sumptuous daily breakfast buffet is included in the price of all rooms or suites and for further convenience Parador’s golf carts will shuttle you and your luggage in comfort and style to your on-site destination.

Alighting the highest point of the resort is Las Suites, our magnificent newer annex that houses 28 lavish panoramic suites and two sumptuous Master Vista Suites. The complex features a private adult-only infinity pool and Jacuzzi, the light fare of La Fragata Restaurant & Tapas Bar, two elevators, and wi-fi. Additionally, a small meeting room seating eight is available for conferences.

	Garden: An explosion of color greets you from the terrace of your Garden Room. Just steps away from the resorts restaurants, spa and primary pool area, these comfortable rooms feature a king or two queen size beds, cable TV, iron and board, hair dryer and safety deposit box. The only accommodations from where you can access the vibrant gardens directly from your terrace, these cozy rooms are a great choice for families with children or those seeking proximity to the resorts many facilities.
	Garden Plus: Available with one king or two queen size beds, these handsome rooms peer over the tennis court and verdant expanse of rainforest populated by the areas myriad wildlife. From the balcony, it is often possible to witness the antics of titi, white face and howler monkeys, while two or three-toed sloths lounge in the surrounding trees, giant iguanas amble below and tropical birds soar overhead. Shower with bathtub, cable TV, iron and board, hair dryer, safety deposit box and telephone are standard features and adjoining doors between rooms provide a great option for families or groups.
	Tropical: Conveniently located close to the resorts restaurants, spa, gift shops and swimming pools, our Tropical Rooms are perched on the tier just below the Premium Building, and live up to their name with partial ocean and jungle or garden views. Frequent visits from the indigenous wildlife will leave you smiling while the comfort of your king or two queen size beds will leave you dreaming all night. 	Premium: Sitting just below the Premium Plus floor, our lovely Premium Rooms provide the ultimate in comfort and serenity, highlighted by a selection of spectacular jungle and ocean views visible through expansive sliding glass doors that lead to sizable private balconies. Youll enjoy either remarkable vistas stretching to Manuel Antonio National Park or the lush carpet of wildlife-laden rainforest that distinguishes the view to Quepos. Dont be surprised when a monkey ambles across your huge private balcony or a three-toed sloth nests in a tree below your room! 	Premium Plus: Built on a rock high atop the resorts sprawling grounds, our beautiful Premium Plus Rooms look out over the spectacular Pacific coastline, some with views extending to Manuel Antonio National Park and others boasting rich rainforest vistas stretching towards Pez Vela Marina in Quepos. All rooms are accessible via interior and exterior stairs or a dramatic panoramic incline elevator. Awake to the sound of waves kissing the shore or enjoy the delightful acrobatics of titi, whiteface or howler monkeys from your generously-sized private balcony outside wide sliding glass doors. Laze like the sloths visible in the jungle canopy just below your room or keep an eye out for the brilliant tropical birds including toucans, parrots and mot mots native to our jungle paradise. Each spacious suite features an elegant master bedroom with pillow-top king size bed and, a warmly decorated living room outfitted with sleeper-sofa, 42 Plasma TV, mini-bar, exclusive local artwork, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors which lead to a huge balcony housing a private Jacuzzi from where you will marvel at the wildlife visible in the vast rainforest canopy below. 	Presidential Suite: The pinnacle of grandeur and privacy, the sprawling three bedroom/three bath Presidential suite (1851 sq or 172 meters) is the only residential offering in the main building and provides the perfect retreat for families or groups desiring the amenities of a full-service hotel but the seclusion of a private home. All three beautifully decorated bedrooms feature king size pillow-top beds and private baths, the master also boasting an in-room Jacuzzi. Marrying old-world European ambience with contemporary sensibilities, the lavish living and dining rooms and fully stocked bar area showcase antique furnishings and overstuffed sofas, Plasma TV and breathtaking ocean vistas.
